“Coming out of a culture that treasures respect, I’m passionate about sharing what shaped me,” relates Founder and Director Diana H. Carmi. Diana discovered the power of etiquette and protocol at an early age—and later in life passionately embraced this as a tool to train leaders.

Diana H. Carmi is certified in Business Etiquette and International Protocol by the premier trainer in the field, the Protocol School of Washington®. She also is a children’s etiquette consultant, certified by the acclaimed Etiquette & Leadership Institute in Georgia.

After earning a degree from Maria Regina College, Diana provided public relations services for an international firm. She polished her business relationship skills across universal boundaries, paying attention to the sophisticated differences that mark cultures and societies.

In practicing good manners, Diana looks first to her family. “Most of all, I thank my husband, Robert, who continues to encourage, support, and nurture me in this venture.” She also credits her parents with instilling the value of respect and her sons, Raouf and Raja, with teaching good-humored patience — especially regarding the challenges of emerging technologies.

Although based in the U.S., Diana Carmi travels widely, preparing tomorrow’s leaders for a global economy — while promoting time-honored values.
